Position Title: Territory Manager ( South Island )
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that involves engaging with established customers, expanding our customer base, and surpassing sales targets? If you're a driven individual with a passion for achieving results, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Territory Manager (South Island) to drive our sales efforts, provide crucial support to our team, and contribute to the achievement of our company's goals. This selling role is based in and around the South Island, with structured regional travel .
What are your Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Expertise: Create strategic daily and weekly schedules to cover your designated territory, effectively meeting sales targets and KPIs. Identify potential new customers and promote new product lines to drive growth.
· Customer Service: Take ownership of maintaining exceptional service standards. Responsibly handle customer inquiries in alignment with company policies.
· Parts Proficiency: Leverage your deep understanding of transport parts in commercial vehicles to interpret customer requirements accurately. Be a valuable resource for heavy transport parts needs.
· Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other business functions as directed by management.
· Continuous Improvement: Play an active role in our continuous improvement efforts, fostering effective communication, embracing ongoing learning, and contributing to positive work approaches.
· Team Player: Embrace a team-oriented mindset, fostering cooperation and working together to achieve both individual and company-wide success.
Required Qualifications:
- · Strong understanding of transport parts in commercial vehicles, encompassing production technologies, procurement, quality, logistics disciplines, and warehouse/inventory management.
- · Proven communication skills and the ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- · Skillful at gathering relevant information, identifying key issues and relationships, and making informed decisions based on logical assumptions and factual information.
