We spoke with Brennan Rietema, TRT's Design Manager, to hear his thoughts on the company and what he values most about working there.
"TRT offers a dynamic environment with diverse projects and ample opportunities to learn from knowledgeable colleagues. It's rewarding to see designs through to manufacturing. Recently, I worked on a project that allowed me to collaborate with highly experienced individuals who supported my professional growth. I also appreciate how TRT provides access to learning opportunities through a variety of engaging projects," says Brennan.

As Design Manager, Brennan oversees the design team, ensuring project success, seeking expert guidance, and fostering collaboration across departments to empower designers to succeed individually and achieve TRT's organisational goals.
